Voting Process & Prizes

Job seekers are asked to select an Agency which they feel have excelled through their experiences with them, and then rate the following criteria as either excellent, very good or good.

By random draw, the 1st prize winner will receive a DJI Spark Drone. The 2nd winner will receive a R2,000 Yuppiechef.com voucher.

Successfully securing interviews for the job seeker and providing regular feedback and guidance.

Understanding Career Requirements
Accurately matching an individual's skills to a position, ensuring that the job matches his / her career requirements and aspirations.

Negotiations
Appropriate representation of the job seeker's requirements to the business client and good negotiation regarding the placement.

Placement & Post Placement
Adequate and regular post-placement contact with the job seeker once the placement has been successful.

Advice & Guidance
Providing advice and guidance to the job seeker through every step of the placement process, from the first interview to the first day on the job.

The Categories

Winners were calculated using three categories (based on the amount of jobs posted over the past 12-month period):

  • Platinum 100 (advertised an average of 71 to 100 job ads pm).
  • Platinum 70 (advertised average of 26 to 70 job ads pm).
  • Platinum 25 (advertised up to 25 jobs pm).
